Account Rules

Withdrawals

Game Rules & RNG

All game outcomes on 2299 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game round is an independent event — previous outcomes have no effect on future results.

A game round may be declared void by 2299 in the following circumstances:

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

2299 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other players.

If your 2299 account is suspended for investigation purposes, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or play during the suspension period. 2299 will aim to complete any investigation within 14 days and will notify you of the outcome by email. If the investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.

If your account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. 2299 will communicate the reason for closure and the outcome for any remaining balance in writing.

You may also choose to close your own 2299 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements.
